Cerebrolysin® is a multi-modal neuropeptide drug with a fast onset of action that helps to regain and maintain the independence of patients suffering from various cerebrovascular and neurodegenerative disorders, stroke, TBI, dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and cognitive impairment. It is also used for all types of neurodegenerative and pain conditions such as MS, and neuropathies. It combines BDNF (brain derived neurotrophic factor), NGF (nerve growth factor), Enkephalin, Orexin, CNGF (ciliary nerve growth factor), and P21 (a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor).

Pinealon - a short chain peptide classed as a “bioregulator” in a group called cytogens. In this case the name represents the target tissue, organ or structure, in this case, the pineal gland. The endocrine system is an essential network of organs and glands that coordinates with hormones to control vital functions in the body. The pineal gland plays a crucial role in managing this system's control of growth, moods metabolism, injury and stress responses, reproduction, and energy as well as the production of melatonin, our primary antioxidant and regulator of circadian rhythms. Dihexa - an oral general neuroprotective peptide that increases BDNF. Studies report Dihexa helps support cognitive function in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Laboratory studies also report Dihexa improves cerebral blood flow making it an excellent choice for recent injury or as a loading peptide as part of a complete neurological plan.

Synapsin (RG3 /Nicotinamide Ribose) (Nasal) - A combination of 2 compounds: Rg3, one of several triterpene saponins (ginsenosides) found in the root of Panax ginseng (Asian ginseng) and Panax quinquifolius (American ginseng). Laboratory studies report that Rg3 supports microglial activity and healthy neuronal function. It has anti-inflammatory properties and may help regulate blood sugar and cholesterol. And, nicotinamide riboside (NR), a form of vitamin B3 found in cow’s milk. Laboratory studies report administration of nicotinamide riboside supports healthy levels of NAD+. It can be used for CIRS/Mold, TBI, and dementia associated conditions.

Thymosin A1- Thymosin alpha-1 is a synthetic thymic peptide used to improve immune response. It is well researched, with over 70 clinical trials, it is used worldwide and previously was an FDA approved drug called Zadaxin. As an immune peptide, it has broad use from modulation (useful in autoimmunity) to inhibiting viral replication, as well as reducing inflammation, exhibiting anti-tumor properties and acts as an antioxidant, increasing intracellular glutathione. It is commonly used for autoimmune conditions, infections and immune insufficiency.

Thymosin B4 - This is the full chain peptide of which TB500 is a part. Thymosin beta-4 is a peptide found in all cells and tissues except red blood cells. Tb4 has multiple biological activities, which include reduction of inflammatory chemokines and cytokines, promotion of cell migration, blood vessel formation, cell survival, and stem cell maturation. Thymosin beta 4 inhibits microbial growth and being a thymic peptide has antiviral utility as well as helping to protect cells from cytotoxic damage.

The fraction of Thymosin beta 4, TB500 has demonstrated significant effectiveness in various medical applications, particularly in promoting wound healing and tissue repair. Its ability to enhance cell migration, angiogenesis, and collagen deposition makes it a valuable therapeutic agent for injuries. TB4 has been shown to facilitate healing in skin, muscle, and nerve tissues, thus aiding recovery after surgery or trauma. It is also used in chronic EBV infections and Multiple Sclerosis.

Larazotide - an oral peptide derived from the zonula occludens toxin, this peptide acts as a tight junction regulator in the bowels. Larazotide aids in the restoration of the intestinal barrier function by blocking zonulin receptors. It binds to receptors of intestinal cells and prevents the opening of epithelial intestinal junctions induced by bacterial antigens (dysbiosis/SIBO etc.), pro-inflammatory cytokines (from food intolerances or poor diet), or gliadin peptides (Celiac and NCGS). Its mechanism has been supported by in vitro and in vivo studies.

Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide VIP (nasal) - Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) is a hormone that affects many parts of the body, including the digestive tract, heart, and blood vessels.Functioning as a neuromodulator and neurotransmitter, it helps to control the secretion of water, salts, enzymes, and gastric acid during digestion and smooth muscle of the GI tract. It also causes smooth muscles of the heart, and the blood vessels to relax, stimulates heart contractility, and lowering arterial blood pressure. It promotes neuroendocrine-immune communication, and anti-inflammatory and immune-modulatory activity.

PT141(Bremelanotide) - Developed from the peptide hormone Melanotan II, PT-141 is most notably used for increasing arousal and treating sexual dysfunction in both men and women. Unlike Cialis and Viagra, it does not act on the vascular system, but instead PT-141 acts directly on the nervous system by stimulating melanocortin receptors in the brain, influencing the hypothalamus, which plays a key role in regulating sexual desire. This induces the “lordosis reflex” and has marked effects on women with sexual arousal disorder. There are no known contraindications and it has been shown to be highly effective in non-responders to Cialis and Viagra.

Melanotan II - Humorously referred to as the “Barbie & Ken” peptide, Melanotan II is a non-selective agonist of the melanocortin receptors which not only increases sexual arousal and libido but, also has a metabolic impact (reducing lipids, improving appetite control, anti-inflammatory action and reduced oxidative stress); Immune support and has a tanning effect by increasing melanocytes.

Oxytocin - A hormonal chemical messenger in the brain, that influences social interactions and behaviors such as sexual arousal, trust, romantic attachment, and parent-infant bonding. It may also help with social recognition, processing social information, and intuiting the emotional states of others.
